Our Menu

At Greek Bros. all of our entrees are prepared
from scratch. We cut our own steaks, peel our own shrimp and shuck our
own oysters right in the Greek Bros. kitchen, so customers are assured
only the finest products and ingredients. |
|
|
The kitchen staff under the supervision of Blanche Charkalis is
at work daily preparing our celebrated sauces and marinades.
Ask about our homemade tartar, red and steak sauces or for extra
Jalapeno Dressing.
As
you are seated at Greeks you will pass our exhibition kitchen and see
steaks and vegetables grilling, oysters sautéing and seafood frying.
You will feel the excitement of being at Greek Bros.
