Our Menu

At Greek Bros. all of our entrees are prepared from scratch. We cut our own steaks, peel our own shrimp and shuck our own oysters right in the Greek Bros. kitchen, so customers are assured only the finest products and ingredients.

The kitchen staff under the supervision of Blanche Charkalis is at work daily preparing our celebrated sauces and marinades. Ask about our homemade tartar, red and steak sauces or for extra Jalapeno Dressing.

As you are seated at Greeks you will pass our exhibition kitchen and see steaks and vegetables grilling, oysters sautéing and seafood frying. You will feel the excitement of being at Greek Bros. Here is a small sample of our menu.

APPETIZERS AND SIDE DISHES

	OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL: Fresh shucked served with our cocktail sauce
	FRIED MUSHROOMS: Fresh mushrooms hand breaded, deep-fried
	SAUTÉED OYSTERS: Twelve hot and spicy oysters sautéed Greek Bros. style, served with grilled garlic bread
	OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER: Fresh shucked gulf oysters on the half shell, baked with spinach, bacon & Parmesan cheese
	STEAK TIDBITS: Slices of center cut N.Y. strip on garlic toast, served with our own House steak sauce

SALAD ENTREES

	GREEK SALAD: Assorted greens and fresh vegetables, including Feta cheese, Kalamata olives, and pepperchinies, tossed in our special olive oil & vinegar Greek dressing. Also topped with grilled chicken or gilled tuna
	GRILLED TUNA SALAD: Our tuna steak prepared perfectly then placed over crisp greens surrounded by grilled vegetables. Your choice of dressing. This dish is great with our Jalapeno Dressing.

STEAKS & CHOPS

	N.Y. STRIP: A lean center Strip Steak, hand cut 10 to 12 oz. served with french fries or rice
	RIB EYE: 14 oz. USDA choice center cut steak, served with french fries or rice
	PORK CHOP: A juicy 10 oz. thick cut bone-in pork chop served with grilled vegetables and your choice of rice or french fries

SHRIMP

	SHRIMP COZUMEL: Large bacon wrapped marinated shrimp chargrilled and topped with melted white cheese
	GRILLED SHRIMP: Large gulf shrimp marinated in our secrete spices, then chargrilled to perfection, served over rice with grilled vegetables
	SHRIMP PASTA PRIMAVERA: Grilled shrimp served with sautéed vegetables over pasta, topped with Feta cheese

MORE SEAFOOD

	GRILLED CATFISH: Chargrilled on our open broiler. Served with grilled vegetables and your choice of french fries or rice.
	GRILLED SEAFOOD PLATTER
	GRILLED TUNA: 8 oz. tuna steak served with grilled vegetables, french fries or rice and salad. Cooked the way you like it! Rare, medium-rare or medium.

CHICKEN

	FETA CHICKEN: Grilled boneless chicken breast served over aromatic garlic pasta, topped with Feta cheese.
	GRILLED QUAIL: Two marinated, plump and juicy birds, served with Greek Bros. grilled vegetables and your choice of french fries or rice.
	CHICKEN PASTA PRIMAVERA: Grilled chicken breast served with sautéed vegetables over pasta, topped with Feta cheese. Or a combination with Chicken and Shrimp.
