From the first bite, you know you're not just snacking---you're embarking on a crispy, golden, garden-fresh pilgrimage to flavor town. These zucchini slices are perfectly thin, lightly battered, and fried to crunchy perfection---never soggy, never greasy. The texture is a miracle: light as a feather on the outside, warm and tender on the inside. Paired with their creamy, dreamy house-made ranch? You'll be asking yourself, "Did I just fall in love with a vegetable?" (Yes. Yes, you did.) It's the kind of starter that disappears faster than a cold beer on a summer night.
